I have had excellent care since moving to this surgery a number of years ago. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They actively try to solve issues rather than create obstacles or cite ‘rules’. The clinicians explain everything and involve me in decisions. Taking into account my needs, preferences and circumstances. I can’t thank them enough as I have health issues as well as elderly relatives with serious illness so it’s one less stress in a very stressful life.

My GP was professional and extremely helpful. He was thorough and recognised l hadn't been for some time so he did some additional checks. Such a friendly person and l didn't feel rushed.

I cannot fault these doctors the help they have given me has been unbelievable they're always there to help the GP's actually doing listen to what you have to say and try and help with the situation I have quite a few things wrong with me and they're very understanding I cannot fault them one bit the receptionists extremely helpful I do get confused and they're very patient with me while I'm trying to explain what I'm trying to explain we change doctors and I'm never looking back I wouldn't want to go to any other doctors as for the care that im getting from these is brilliant I've never known a doctors like it for the care that it provides I would 100% recommend this GP surgery to anyone
